The Florida Department of Health in Volusia County makes condoms available, accessible, and at no cost by reaching underserved communities with the highest rates of STI/HIV/AIDS and other health disparities.
The HIV program works with city clinics, community organizations and local businesses to make condoms widely available to the public to help stop HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.

Become a Condom Distribution Partner
The Florida Department of Health in Volusia County HIV Program provides residents access to no-cost male and female condoms through clinics, community partners and local businesses. The following describes the qualifications your business or organization must meet to participate.
Community Partner Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify as a community partner, an organization must able to meet the following requirements:
- Provide condoms at no-cost to their patrons/clients and the general public.
- Allow condoms to be taken freely, without harsh restrictions or barriers. In other words, you cannot limit the amount of condoms a person takes.
- Make male and female condoms available and accessible and marketing materials clearly visible and easy to access.
- Be open to providing or receiving STD/HIV/AIDS education and referrals for/to their patrons/clients (and to the general public, if possible).
