Mobile Home Parks, Recreational Vehicle Parks, and Campgrounds

Environmental Public Health

The Florida Department of Health routinely inspects mobile home, lodging, recreational vehicle parks, and recreational camps in order to minimize the risk of injury and illness in these residential environments.

Mobile homes, lodging and recreational vehicle parks, and recreational camps are licensed annually from October 1 to September 30 of every year, by the Florida Department of Health, in accordance with Chapter 513, Florida Statutes and Chapter 64E-15, Florida Administrative Code.

For more information, including a list of all licensed parks in Florida, park permit application, Florida Statutes, and Administrative Code governing parks, visit Environmental Public Health's Mobile Home Parks Program.
