Students entering 7th Grade
Before students enter the 7th grade, proof of current vaccinations are required. The vaccines listed below protect adolescents from very serious preventable diseases:
- Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap) (English/Spanish)
- Meningococcal (English/Spanish)
- Human papillomavirus (HPV) (English/Spanish)
- Hepatitis A (English/Spanish)
To assist parents with getting ready to go back to school, the Florida Department of Health participates in numerous back-to-school events throughout Volusia County. Visit our event calendar for upcoming events.
August 8-10, we’re offering extended back-to-school hours at our Daytona Beach and Orange City locations, in addition to our normal clinichours (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.(normal hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
