Before students enter the 7th grade, proof of current vaccinations are required. The vaccines listed below protect adolescents from very serious preventable diseases:

August 8-10, we’re offering extended back-to-school hours at our Daytona Beach and Orange City locations, in addition to our normal clinichours (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.(normal hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Appointments are required for child immunizations. Contact our Appointment Line (386) 274-0509, to make, change or cancel appointment for your child. Customer service representatives are available to assist clients 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
