The Florida Department of Health in Volusia County (DOH-Volusia) provides a variety of quality health care and support services via our team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and clerical workers. While we no longer offer primary care services, we do offer family planning and birth control services, The Florida Breast & Cervical Early Detection Program, immunization for children and adults, as well as travel, and both testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Services are provided on a sliding fee scale that is based on Federal Poverty Guidelines. To determine eligibility, please bring these two items to your appointment.

Baby Steps Daytona
Baby Steps Daytona orovides comprehensive checkups, emothional support, childbirth education, breastfeeding support and postpartum recovery to pregnant and postpartum moms who have no insurace or are underinsured at our Keech Street location. No one will be turned away.
Baby Steps Daytona also offers:
Weekly mental health and substance use support.
Help navigating food, housing, transportation and legal needs.
A safe, welcoming space through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum.

Volusia Free Clinic
The Volusia Free Clinic provides free medical care and limited dental care by appointment only at our New Smyrna Beach location.
Patients must be ages 18-63, have a permanent Volusia County address, have no insurance including Medicare, and live at or below 200 percent of the poverty line.
