The Florida Department of Health in Volusia County provides a variety of quality health care and support services via our team of dedicated doctors, nurses and clerical workers. While we no longer offer primary care services, we do offer family planning and birth control services. The Florida Breast & Cervical Easly Detection Program, immunization for children and adults, as well as travel, and both testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Services are provided on a sliding fee scale that is based on Federal Poverty Guidelines. To determine eligibility, please bring these two items to your appointment.

Volusia Volunteers in Medicine
The Volusia Volunteers in Medicine provide free medical care and limited dental care by appointment only at our New Smyrna Beach location.
Patients must be ages 18-63, have a permanent Volusia County address, have no insurance including Medicare and live at or below 200 percent of the poverty line.
