Community Event Request

The Florida Department of Health in Volusia County participates in a variety of health fairs and community events throughout the year. To request the Florida Department of Health in Volusia County to participate in your community event, complete the request form.

  • Participation in community outreach events is based on staff availability and focus areas of our programs.

  • Once you have completed and submitted the request form, a staff member will contact you.

  • Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to your event.
