VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA – Volusia County residents affected by Hurricane Milton are invited to join a virtual informational session with FEMA representatives from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12. This session will provide a comprehensive overview of the disaster assistance programs available to support their recovery.
During the session, FEMA representatives will discuss various relief programs, including housing assistance, prescription and medical supplies, childcare, legal services, food support, property repairs, replacement of personal possessions, and other disaster aid options. Following the presentation, residents will have the opportunity to ask questions about the types of assistance that best address their needs.
Afterward, a recording of the session will be available on Volusia County’s Hurricane Milton Recovery website and YouTube channel for those unable to attend live. No pre-registration is required to join this event. A link to attend will be published at www.volusia.org/hurricanes prior to the meeting.
