Volusia County, Fla. - The Florida Department of Health (DOH) in Volusia County is looking for input from Pierson residents at a town hall meeting from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 18, at San Jose Mission Church, 165 Emporia Road, Pierson.

As part of its community health needs assessment, the department wants to learn about health-related needs and concerns directly from Pierson residents. Input provided will be used to create a health improvement plan to address community concerns and improve quality of life.

The public is encouraged to attend.
