WORLD AIDS DAY
Healing and Remembrance Service
The service will bring together all walks of life to show support for people living with HIV/AIDS, unite our community in the fight against HIV/AIDS and remember those who we have lost.
Keynote speaker Reverend Donna Choate will speak on the evolution of HIV, where we began, where we are now, and where we are going.
Interfaith ministers also will discuss issues ranging from hope, stigma, courage, anger and challenges. The healing ceremony will close with an invitation to participants to share photos of lost loved ones. A reception will follow.
